These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph33com ("ph33com," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ph33com website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services accessible at ph33com.app.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game offered on ph33com, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on ph33com, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Access to ph33com and participation in any game or wagering activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a self-exclusion order may not register or play on ph33com.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on ph33com. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

To access ph33com's gaming services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. ph33com may request additional documentation to verify your identity, including a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph33com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify ph33com immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our support team. ph33com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• ph33com may conduct identity verification checks at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals.
• Accounts registered using false information are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.
• ph33com does not permit the use of anonymous, temporary, or disposable email addresses for account registration.

ph33com processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through supported payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ph33com does not accept cash deposits or payments through unsupported third-party channels.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ph33com account are credited upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. ph33com does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph33com will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph33com account holder. ph33com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the platform.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• ph33com reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced.

All games available on ph33com — including WM Live, Super Bingo, Plinko, Leprechaun Riches, Basketball, Ocean Lord, and Wheel — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

All game outcomes on ph33com are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG ensures that each outcome is independent, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by ph33com or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published transparently on the platform.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, ph33com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• ph33com's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, or any artificial means to interact with ph33com games.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.

ph33com may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may require a qualifying deposit or action to activate.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• ph33com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph33com. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on ph33com, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph33com games or services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in ph33com's platform for financial gain.
• Using ph33com for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing ph33com from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your ph33com account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph33com staff or other players.

ph33com is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players. • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

All content on ph33com, including but not limited to the ph33com brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph33com or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph33com solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph33com content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph33com's content or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with ph33com's platform.
• Use ph33com's brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ph33com's intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph33com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on ph33com.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ph33com's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions, subject to ph33com's void bet policy.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

ph33com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph33com reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account:

• Access to ph33com's platform and all associated services will be revoked immediately.
• Any pending bets at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Verified account balances, net of any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms, will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
• Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

You may also close your ph33com account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are subject to the same withdrawal and verification procedures as standard withdrawal requests.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph33com operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming, including guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph33com's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph33com's internal dispute resolution process requires that you submit a formal complaint to our support team in the first instance. ph33com will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

ph33com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph33com will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of ph33com following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using ph33com and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
